Orders and Purchases

Shipping

Typically, product orders will be processed and ready for shipping within 3 to 5 business days however this is not a guarantee. If a product order will require an additional time frame, the customer will be contacted by email to communicate any additional lead time that will be required to full fill a product order. Koolman Art and Design will not be held responsible for the length of time the parcel delivery service may need to ship order to the customer. Upon request, Koolman Art and Design can provide a shipping tracking number to the customer.
